3rd day of Panasonic House @ SXSW has been done! Many discussions and interactions are everywhere around us.
We have three sessions at Open Hub. Here is a quick summary.
Pioneering Partnership: Unilever's Approach
Ms. Barbara Guerpillon from Unilever Foundry SEAA & LEVEL3 aimed to create innovation with startups because of recent rapid market disruption.She introduced their global operation and how they accumulate their knowledge, and share experience, with showing many examples.
The Future of Smart Kitchen
Mr. Hirotaka Tanaka from SIGMAXYZ Inc, who invited "Smart Kitchen Summit" to Japan, said, "The important thing. era of fulfilled things, is the customization of cooking experience to each person. Smart kitchen has big potential because it will provide the various cooking experiences." And he introduces Mr. Taichi Isaku from CoCooking Co., Ltd. as a good example. Taichi introduced his service "CoCooking", which provide the occasion where people can enjoy cooking with someone new, so cooking will be not a "work to be done" but "creative communication".
100 Innovative Ideas for Next 100 Years
The last session is "100 BANCH", an experimental and strategic initiative for creating future. Rie Noritake, she is leading this project from Panasonic side, introduced how this they work to create new projects continuously. And as example, project members themselved showed their projects, Fukidashi, Fundoshi hack project, RGB Light, and KISABURO Project. We also got comment from mentor of 100BANCH.
